It all starts
when I was an aspiring software engineer and wanted to be a successful Software
professional. During my engineering 3rd year I already made up my mind which
route i am going to take in order to be extremely potent in my field but destiny
takes its own course. I was, like other final year students remained unplaced.
I again changed my route and came to Bangalore because its provides you an even
battlefield and you get to see the apex and the bottom of the software industry
and makes us realize our true market value. After facing multiple
rejections and finally getting selected
for my dream job made me realize that there is a huge gap between "what
we've been taught?" and "what this industry demands?". It sounds
like an oxymoron but the skills required to survive in this field are
paradoxical to what we've been taught. This journey taught on a microcosmic
level that one needs to understand and prepare well in advance so that one can
bridge this gap during our engineering days in order to be placed as soon as
one is graduated.
So after going
through this tedious, brain-draining and excruciating yet the best learning
phase of my life, I came to a conclusion that in a nutshell one needs to
analyze well in advance that the market demands are more result oriented and
only a substrata of the overall syllabus is enough to get a job. With the
passage of time I realized that my experiences are worth to be shared for as
they can benefit a major chunk of students who are still searching for directions
to accomplish their dreams.
So my course is more inclined towards a holistic
approach which amalgamates the college syllabus and its industrial practical
applications and with right aptitude, logical skills and communication skills
which can bridge the gap between your journey from college to corporate. The
syllabus has been purely designed keeping it notch above the latest
technological applications and yet in my way "the simple way". So
without giving a second thought come lets collaborate, explore and get
accustomed to a regimen which polishes your skills to be the best fit for IT
industry.
Serendipity will follow.................
